Part of the Sustainable Plains collection by iLIv, this fabric is made from 100% bamboo fibres. This linen look has a lovely soft handle making it perfect for curtains and soft furnishings but with a rub test of 30,000 martindale rubs it is hard wearing enough for upholstery too.
Bamboo is a super fibre! Not only is it one of the fastest growing plants on earth, it also requires 20 times less water to grow than cotton and still produces 10 times the yield per square metre. Bamboo cloth is naturally hypoallergneic, anti-fungal and anti-bacterial.
