This lovely 100% printed cotton fabric is perfect for a whole range of dressmaking projects. It is a soft but crisp cotton with a nice drape that would be perfect for dresses, blouses and gathered skirts as well as use in craft projects too.

Double Gauze is a lovely lightweight pure cotton fabric with a relatively loosely weave and a crinkled natural texture making it exceptionally breathable with a gorgeous soft handle.

As the name suggests the fabric is made up of 2 layers of fine cotton similar to a light cheese cloth or muslin that are tacked together. The double layer reduces the transparency of the cloth and gives it a thicker more tactile finish. Our cloth is 125gsm and ideal for clothes, childrens/baby items, quilts etc.

One of the best known characterisitics  of this fabric, is it's ability to retain warmth and preserve heat. Making this gorgeous Sheep sherpa cuddle fur is very much on trend at the moment especially for outdoor/ hiking clothing. It's soft fur finish makes it suitable for snoods, hats, throws and cushions.
