100% Woven brushed cotton flannel fabric, is soft and cosy feel makes it ideal for dressmaking, draft & quilting.

Quilted in a traditional diamond design, this cotton double sided gauze is ideal in use for most quilting projects, jackets and other padded clothing or accessories.

Double Gauze is a lovely lightweight pure cotton fabric with a relatively loosely weave and a crinkled natural texture making it exceptionally breathable with a gorgeous soft handle. As the name suggests the fabric is made up of 2 layers of fine cotton similar to a lioght cheese cloth or muslin that are tacked together. The double layer reduces the transparency of the cloth and gives it a thicker more tactile finish. Our cloth is  126gsm and  Oeko-Tex Standard, ideal for clothes, childrens/baby items, quilts etc.

We are really excited about this fab new quality of water resistant cloth, it feels very much like a standard fabric but with added qualities that make it perfect for outdoor us.

Within product testing the fabric got full marks on Water repellency, colourfastness and oil repllency as well as having added benefits of its Antifungal finish. Super soft bamboo terry towelling suitable for towels, dressing gowns and baby products.

Bamboo fibres are more environmentally friendly than many alternatives used to make towelling. It is also more absorbent and dries quicker than similar cotton towelling. One more added benefit is that bamboo is natural anti microbial.
