What is a cushion panel?

A cushion panel is a pre-printed piece of fabric, sized and designed to be sewn
into a cushion cover. Simply add a backing fabric and a zip, then finish with a
cushion inner to complete your cushion.

Can cushion panels be used for anything other than cushions?

Yes, cushion panels are versatile and can also be used for bags, wall art, quilting
and other craft projects, making them a great choice for makers looking for
standout fabric pieces beyond just cushions.

Are Textile Express cushion panel designs exclusive?

Many of our cushion panel designs are exclusive to Textile Express. We work closely
with local artists to create original artwork, which is then printed onto
fabric especially for us — so you won't find these designs anywhere else.

What fabric is best for putting on the back of the cushion panel?

Some of the most popular fabrics are the Organic Cotton Weave Natural (for organic panels and Cotton Drill Black (for velvets). Lots of our customers will also use something from their stash as for most of our cushions you would only need a 50cm x 50cm square for the backing.
