This is a great sewing project to practice your skills using bias binding. Although it can be a bit fiddly the end result is fab! These oven gloves make lovely presents and with a bit of practice they come together really quickly. We would recommend using a curtain weight cotton to make you gloves but mixed fibre fabrics and cotton poplins would also work.
